Our Mission and Vision

Founded by a passionate high school student (and supported by Software Engineer parent), we offer affordable coding classes, online camps, and workshops to empower the next generation of innovators.

Meet the Founder

Nysa Prasanna is a high school student from Woodinville, Washington, who founded Codebit Academy in 2025. When she discovered the BBC micro:bit, she saw how much more exciting coding became when you could watch your code light up, beep and move, and she wanted younger kids to have that same experience.

She designed a hands-on curriculum herself, pairing Python with micro:bit to blend coding, creativity, and fun. Since then she has been teaching students through online camps over mid-winter, spring and summer breaks, 1:1 lessons, and in-person workshops, spreading the joy of building with technology.
